Angstrom Environmental Testing Services Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Angstrom Environmental Testing Services website (the “Service”) and/or scheduling any inspection, testing, or consultation services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Services Provided

Angstrom Environmental Testing Services provides environmental testing, inspection, and consulting services, including but not limited to: Mold Testing, Lead Testing, Asbestos Testing, and Air Quality Services.

• Service Limitations: All services are limited to the scope agreed upon in the service contract or quote. Any report provided is based on conditions observed and samples taken at the time of the inspection only.
• No Guarantee: Testing results provide factual data, but Angstrom does not guarantee the complete absence of a contaminant outside of the inspected area or that future conditions will match those found in the report.

3. User Obligations

As a user or client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote or service, including name, contact details, and the correct property address.
• Ensure safe and clear access to the property areas requiring inspection or testing.
• Acknowledge that any information or advice provided via the website (e.g., FAQs, blog posts, service descriptions) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or medical advice.

4. Quote Requests and Scheduling

• Quote: Submitting a “Request a Quote” form via the website does not constitute a contract or a final price agreement. Final pricing and scheduling are confirmed separately by an Angstrom representative.
• Booking: All services must be formally booked and confirmed by Angstrom.

5. Intellectual Property

• The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Angstrom Environmental Testing Services.
• The names, logos, and service marks (including CIH, IICRC, and ABIH badges) displayed on the Service are registered or unregistered trademarks of Angstrom and/or third parties and may not be used without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Angstrom Environmental Testing Services, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any inspection, testing, or remediation advice provided under the service agreement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any new terms by posting them on this page.
